This issue stems from the fact that the Auto Notification behaviors do not seem to be as expected. This is specifically focusing on when patient appointments are created in the PMS and then those particular patient appointments are modified such as moved to a different time on the same day or moved to a different day and time. How do such actions by the clinic in the PMS system impact DentPal AUTO NOTIFICATIONS and how should DentPal handle such instances? This protocol is outlined in the document attached.

We also thought through how to best help DentPal determine if a Patient should be Classified as a "NEW PATIENT". This protocol is outlined in the document attached.
