Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Connect module → Open Treatment History → Try using the search bar fields such as Tooth Number and Surface.

Currently, entering values in these fields does not return any filtered results — the data remains unchanged.

Expected Results

When a user enters Tooth Number or Surface in the Treatment History search fields, the system should filter and display matching treatment records correctly.

  1. 6 is present in proc code so the rows are shown
  2. i is in the description or surface or provider name
