Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Connect module → Open Treatment History → Download PDF.

The PDF is downloaded successfully. However, in the Treatment History table inside the PDF, some fields are displayed as “-” when data is not available.

Expected Results

Wherever data is missing or not applicable, the system should display “N/A” instead of “-” in the Treatment History PDF table.
