Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Connect module → Open Allergies (and other related screens).

Current behavior:

UI elements are not properly aligned.

Columns / fields appear misaligned, affecting readability and layout.

Text formatting is inconsistent across multiple screens (Allergies, Medical History, Prescription History, Clinical Notes, etc.).

Data coming from Open Dental is not rendered in the application exactly as received (spacing, line breaks, alignment differ).

This ticket is a reference for all 7 screens formatting issues — wherever data is coming from OpenDental, it should be displayed as-is in the application.
