Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Service Installer → Open My Requests.

Current behavior:

Date & time format is displayed as:
02/20/26, 3:33 PM

Installer version is displayed twice (second installer version shown beside “Requested”).

“Requested” status color is not consistent with UI standards.

Required changes:

Update date & time format to:
02/20/2026 03:30 pm
(Full year + 2-digit hour format + lowercase am/pm + remove comma)

Remove the duplicate installer version displayed beside “Requested”.

Change the “Requested” status color to Orange, maintaining consistency with the system’s status color standards.

  1. Present format: 02/21/26, 1:10 AM (Full year + 2-digit hour format )
  2. lowercase am/pm + remove comma(lowercase am/pm + not implimented because fallowed format according to patients list) )
