Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Service Installer → Click on Request Installer.

Current behavior:

Clicking on the Reset button does not clear the entered fields.

Form values remain unchanged.

No visible action occurs after clicking Reset.

Fixed:
I was entered the text in the typed filter of the dropdown:

The typed filter text is cleared when close the dropdown filter:
