Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Created a new Practice → Navigate to Patient Module.

Current behavior:

The Patient Module shows loading continuously.

No data is displayed.

PMS connection status is not shown.

It does not indicate whether PMS is configured or not.

As per the updated requirements, synchronization will not happen automatically when patients are loaded .

The sync process is now designed to run only when it is manually triggered (i.e., when the user explicitly initiates the On-Demand Sync).

So, simply navigating to the Patient Module and seeing patients load will not trigger any synchronization.

Please trigger the On-Demand Sync manually to perform the update.
