Description

We know the Review Management System is in a Work in Progress Status.

We wanted to document and help remind everyone of what was discussed regarding when the patient should get the Review Message after completing an appointment with the clinic. The settings that we discussed are as follows:

Two Options will be given to each dental office to choose from:

  1. After Completed Appointment: 15 Min, 30 Min, 45 Min, 1 Hour
  2. After Completed Appointment: 6 to 7 PM, 7 to 8 PM, 8 to 9 PM
