Description

The following are all the issues associated with SCHEDULED COMMUNICATIONS - meaning the communications that a User Schedules to be sent at a later point in time and date. This applies to communications such as Instant Message, Email Campaigns, Appointment Reminder, etc...

The issues are as follows:

  1. Time is in 24 Hours and does not reflect the Practice Settings of 12 Hours VS 24 Hours

  2. Scheduled Communications (BOTH EMAIL AND SMS) - How do we manage the SCHEDULED COMMUNICATIONS - Edit, Delete, Add, Remove, etc... Again this applies to MULTIPLE Notification Communications such as Instant Message, Appointment Reminder, Email Campaign, etc...

  3. We believe that ALL SCHEDULED COMMUNICATIONS should be managed on the same screen. Meaning we are not asking for a separate screen for each of Scheduled Communications. Yes, a new screen will be needed. Email Campaign History can have this functionality and it would be a good functionality but it should only be for Email Campaigns while on that screen. A separate screen should exist to MANAGE all Scheduled Communications including Email Campaign from one Screen and Management Environment.

  4. Can we COMBINE Item 3 with the following: The Mailbox Tab. This would serve as a MASTER COMMUNICATION LOG with needed filters Incorporated to show "Scheduled Messages". I think through three dot actions we can edit the Scheduled Messages. I think the "MAILBOX TAB" can be improved and one huge improvement is building in the functionality of MANAGEMENT OF SCHEDULED COMMUNICATIONS.

Dev Team and DentPal to discuss.
