Description

The port 108 issue has been resolved by Bahiru , and the service is now up and running successfully .

However, we are currently facing an issue where the API keys are getting rejected with a “Not Authorized” response. This error usually occurs when the API keys are incorrect or invalid.

In this case, the same API keys are working correctly in local, 104, and 105 environments, so the issue does not appear to be with the keys themselves. Since the service is installed and running properly, but valid keys are still being rejected, we believe this could be an OpenDental-side issue.

This item is a dependency on Thuan’s work, so we would like to resolve this as quickly as possible. We may need to reach out to OpenDental support to investigate why valid API keys are being rejected in this environment.
