DentPal Miletone-3

I was attempting to test Ticket 620 and observed the following Bugs that prevented me from being able to complete the testing:

1. Hangfire Error
2. DentPal Error (Sad Face)
3. Multiple Save the Dates being sent by DentPal to Patient
4. No communications were logged in DentPal or Patient Chat (Referring to Item 3 Above)
5. Patient Julia NewPatient Scheduled Appointment Date not Synced to DentPal
6. No programed reminders received by patient
7. No programed confirmation received by patient
