- DSO USERS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO PRACTICES/CLINICS
The following users do not have access to Practices/Clinics:
- Company Managers
- Additional Company Managers
This presents a huge problem and removes the operational requirements for the system so that Customer can manage the Dental Company and Company Operations.

In Dental Group while we do not have Regions or Company Managers. I noticed the Additional Company Admins do not have practices assigned to them (SECURITY MGT>USERS>TABLE). I am assuming that this is because of the fact that there is no data segregation. Development team please advise.

Super User or when a User Impersonates another User and they "Return to My Account" the system returns to LogIn Screen not the "My Account" Home Screen.

Update based on DentPal and AumTech web meeting. There will be some reconfiguration that will be required so that Additional Company Admin, Company Managers, and Company Staff can access Dental Practices. We also discussed that it would be a good idea to take advantage of the System Created Admin Region and configure it so that any User that is placed in that Region (Admin Region) can access all Regions and All Practices by default. DentPal asked Development team to consider pros and cons to this scenario and advise if there is a critical fault that this approach would create in the system.
All other functionality including Hybrid will remain the same.
