Description

  1. DSO USERS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO PRACTICES/CLINICS

The following users do not have access to Practices/Clinics:

  • Company Managers
  • Additional Company Managers
    This presents a huge problem and removes the operational requirements for the system so that Customer can manage the Dental Company and Company Operations.

  1. In Dental Group while we do not have Regions or Company Managers. I noticed the Additional Company Admins do not have practices assigned to them (SECURITY MGT>USERS>TABLE). I am assuming that this is because of the fact that there is no data segregation. Development team please advise.

  2. In DSO Additional Company Admins and Company Managers do not have practices assigned to them (SECURITY MGT>USERS>TABLE). Development team please advise.

  3. Super User or when a User Impersonates another User and they "Return to My Account" the system returns to LogIn Screen not the "My Account" Home Screen.
