Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Connect module → Open Medical History → Click Export to PDF.
Current behavior:
PDF downloads successfully.
In the exported PDF, table values are displayed as “-” instead of “N/A”.
Table columns are mismatched / misaligned, making the data hard to read and inconsistent with the UI.
