Description

Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Connect module → Open Allergies → Click Export to CSV.

Current behavior:

CSV file downloads successfully.

For the first allergy record, the Reaction field is empty / not populated.

Remaining allergy records show Reaction correctly.
