Description:
In the Service Installer Management module, the search functionality is not working correctly when searching using Reviewed By and Decisioned By fields.

When the user enters a valid name in the search bar for either Reviewed By or Decisioned By, the system does not display any matching records, even though relevant data exists in the system.

This issue makes it difficult to filter and locate records based on reviewer or decision maker.

**Steps to Reproduce:
**
Navigate to Service Installer Management.

Go to the search bar.

Enter a valid name in Reviewed By or Decisioned By field.
Actual Result:
No records are displayed even when matching data exists.

Expected Result:
The system should display all records that match the entered Reviewed By or Decisioned By name.
