Description
Logged in as Company Admin → Navigate to Connect → Clinical Notes.
Steps performed:
Created an appointment.
Added a clinical note.
Edited the clinical note by changing Tooth Number and Surface.
Current behavior:
A duplicate record is created instead of updating the existing one.
The new record shows:
Updated Note content.
But Tooth Number and Surface are not updated correctly.
Other details remain unchanged, leading to inconsistent data.
