(Mile Stone-3) Notification Settings - Confirmations and Reminders

Description

  1. Email versus Text Automatic Conversion based on patient opt-in or out. The system needs to be smart and make sure that notifications and communications get delivered to patients. See ticket #422 Item Number 1 on the list.

  2. Confirmations need to operate just like Reminders

  • Confirmations can be deleted or added up to (5)
  1. Confirmations and Reminders need to include a "Send At" option "Hours Before Appt Time"
  • Value of 1 to 24 hours before appt time can be entered
  • Preferred Delivery Method (Email or SMS) - For each Confirmation and/or Reminder
  • Email Template Selection - For each Confirmation and/or Reminder
  • SMS Template Selection - For each Confirmation and/or Reminder

Email versus Text automatic conversion based on patient opt-in or opt-out ensures that notifications and communications are delivered to patients effectively. This requirement is referenced in Ticket #422, Item Number 1.

(This feature has been implemented for Confirmations and Reminders. The complete implementation will be done under Ticket #422)
