Description

Email versus Text Automatic Conversion based on patient opt-in or out. The system needs to be smart and make sure that notifications and communications get delivered to patients. See ticket #422 Item Number 1 on the list.

Confirmations need to operate just like Reminders
- Confirmations can be deleted or added up to (5)
- Confirmations and Reminders need to include a "Send At" option "Hours Before Appt Time"
- Value of 1 to 24 hours before appt time can be entered
- Preferred Delivery Method (Email or SMS) - For each Confirmation and/or Reminder
- Email Template Selection - For each Confirmation and/or Reminder
- SMS Template Selection - For each Confirmation and/or Reminder
