Read the list here first before reviewing video. Notice that I made a mistake in video for item # 6. Use what it written here for accurate information

  1. Date format should be Month/Day/Year

  2. Confirm Time format is according to Practice Settings for Mailbox (that it is tied to practice settings)

  3. A lot of Task Information is included in this video. We cannot close this ticket until Ticket #422 is closed.

  4. The Patient Name and what the Patient said are blending and running together. We need to have more separation between patient name and patient message.

  5. Development Team I would like to apologize for the video at minute 08:59 I ask for the verbiage of "Send Online Review Request" and "Send MyPal Review Request" to change to something else when all you did was follow my excel spreadsheet (dev team did add "an" to Online Review). I am sorry as I forgot that I had provided this to you all. Can we please ONLY remove the word "Request" from both and leave everything else the same.

  1. The 3 dot action needs to move to the left side of the view box for compaction and navigation efficiency.

  2. Infinite Scroll is needed throughout the system. View limitation of 10 or 20 or 50 or 100 does not meet the expectations of our customers and users.

  3. Archive button is missing and should be on the right side. This give us the ability to clean up our Mailbox. When we show only Archived MailBox communications we can individually move them to the Mailbox or through Bulk Action move multiple to the Mailbox out of Archive.

  4. View Filters Missing: All, New, Archived (I am not going to discuss "To Do" since I am not sure how Tasks is being handled and it is more related with Ticket #422)

  5. Bulk Actions: Read, Unread, Done (Tasks Related again not sure how and where we are managing tasks), Archived - This allows you to mark one or via bulk messages Read, Unread, Done, or Archive them and move them to Archive View.
