Logged in as Company Admin → Attempted On-Demand Sync.
Steps performed:
Entered Customer Key and Developer Key.
Clicked Save successfully.
Navigated to Patient Module.
Current behavior:
Patient Module shows “Loading data”.
Patients are not being synced.
No error message is displayed.

Fixed

The “Loading data” issue in the Patient Module was identified and has already been fixed. However, this behavior is not related to the On-Demand Sync functionality.
Please note that On-Demand Sync does not create or add new patients. It is designed to update existing patients only (i.e., patients that are already linked and available in the system).
